ANTIPSYCHOTICS IN THE TREATMENT OF VIOLENT PATIENTS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA
Clozapine is found to be more effective than either olanzapine or haloperidol, and olanzapine is found to be more effective than haloperidol in reducing physical assaults and other aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder.
